I don’t believe great productions happen by accident. They happen because someone builds the environment where creativity can thrive.

That’s what I do.

I build the structure, trust and calm that allow ambitious productions—and the people behind them—to thrive.

I’m a Production Manager with experience leading television production operations across projects for MTV, BET, TLC, Peacock, Oxygen, WE tv, Bounce and VH1.

Over the past five years, I’ve intentionally progressed from Production Coordinator to Production Manager by seeking increasingly complex responsibilities, solving problems under pressure and building strong partnerships across departments.

I earned my B.A. in Arts Management from Columbia College Chicago because I have always been drawn to the leadership behind creative work.

I’ve always known I wanted to be in the rooms where the biggest production decisions are being made. Not because of the title. Because I wanted to help shape them.

Great production management protects creativity.

Great production management anticipates problems before they become disruptions.

Great production management develops people—not just productions.

The best productions aren’t remembered because everything went according to plan. They’re remembered because the right people knew how to lead when it didn’t.

My goal isn’t simply to become a Line Producer. It’s to become the kind of production leader people trust, who develops strong teams and who helps bring exceptional stories to life.

Let’s make
something great.
